When a person does not
drink enough fluids, especially water, he or she may become dehydrated.
Two main signs of dehydration are dryness of the mouth and an increase
in thirst. A person is at a high risk for dehydration if they are
not getting enough liquids and they are releasing fluids too quickly
through sweating, vomiting, diarrhea, or urination.
Some of the effects of
dehydration may include:
Liver damage
Brain damage
Kidney damage
